Delivery Information

EXPRESS DELIVERY

We offer Next Day Delivery within Metro Manila via 3rd party courier. Delivery charge will depend on the location.

Metro Manila - Php 250 

Provincial - Delivery charge will be based on the order and customer delivery address.

 

FREE DELIVERY

Free Delivery within Metro Manila for orders above Php. 10,000.00.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business day (Monday through Friday except holidays). This service is available for products that are in stock.

We ship most item(s) via our partner couriers. Delivery within Metro Manila will be received on the day of shipping while deliveries outside Metro Manila will arrive within 3-14 business days, depending on your location. We will inform you of a revised delivery time if: 

  • the order is for a particularly large volume
  • the items ordered require assembly before shipping
  • there are any other issues that would effect next day delivery

     

     ADDRESS / DELIVERY ISSUES

    In cases where there are issues with the address or delivery, the recipient will be required to help coordinate with the courier on resolving shipment issues. 


    NON DELIVERIES / RETURNED DELIVERY
    If a delivery is returned due to issues with the address, or if the recipient is not present for delivery and the parcel is returned to us, there will be a shipment fee to redeliver the item(s) - this will be calculated and communicated before resending.
